EDORA

EDORA: a case framework for clarity across the whole journey

EDORA is applied at every stage of adjudication and services. It’s a way to see the whole process—distilled into five actionable Foundations teams can simplify decisions, keep identity forward, and measure what matters.

Empowerment (E)

Empowerment is our ignition key. We capture strengths, pronouns, protective factors, and support networks to shape the case trajectory.

  • Strengths-first intake: capture skills, interests, mentors, and protective factors alongside risk data.
  • Identity-aware profiles: preferred name, language, cultural context, accessibility needs feed downstream workflows.
  • Voice surfaces in decisions: youth priorities are explicitly tracked and influence recommendations.
  • How EDORA builds on this: Canonical data elements, validation rules, and UX patterns keep identity forward.

Diversion (D)

Diversion is our decision lattice. We synthesize validated instruments with a policy rubric to recommend least-restrictive, high-fit paths.

  • Assessment fusion: SAVRY/YASI/RAI inputs normalized into a unified risk + need vector.
  • Policy engine: jurisdictional rules and MDT logic encoded as composable predicates.
  • Human-in-the-loop: review gates and rationale logging for every pathway.
  • How EDORA builds on this: Surfaces the “why” behind each path—factors enumerated, outcomes expected.

Opportunity (O)

Opportunity is the engine room. Plans are living documents with milestones, deadlines, and resource linkages.

  • Plan graph pattern: tasks, supports, goals as nodes with dependencies and reminder cadence.
  • Education re-entry: IEPs, attendance, and credits sync into plans and nudge actions.
  • Resource matching: map local programs to needs with practical guidance.
  • How EDORA builds on this: Nudges, checklists, and integrations convert aspiration into throughput.

Rehabilitation (R)

Rehabilitation is change over time. We coordinate care, session notes, and evidence-based programs with feedback loops.

  • Care orchestration: therapy, counseling, and groups coordinated with scheduling patterns.
  • Progress telemetry: outcomes and adherence feed back into the plan for recalibration.
  • Confidentiality by design: principles aligned to HIPAA/FERPA with role scopes.
  • How EDORA builds on this: Periodic re-scoring of needs suggests calibrated adjustments.

Advocacy (A)

Advocacy is the afterglow. Aggregated data moves beyond the individual case to inform practice and policy.

  • Outcome dashboards: longitudinal trends by program, demographic, geography.
  • Narrative exports: redactable success stories for reporting and funders.
  • Civic loop: de-identified insights with partners to improve capacity.
  • How EDORA builds on this: Ethical analytics—stories and stats aligned to reform, not voyeurism.
