Housing & Permanency Outcomes (Arkansas)

Arkansas has introduced rapid-housing supports and Permanency Roundtables for older youth. This page tracks 30/60/90-day permanency progress and housing stability indicators for teens in care.

What We Track

  • 30/60/90-day permanency milestones for ages 12–17
  • Exits to reunification, guardianship, adoption, and independent living
  • Housing stability within 6–12 months post-exit (homelessness flags, shelter contacts, school McKinney–Vento)
  • Use of rapid rehousing / kinship stabilization supports

Programs & Practices (Stub)

  • Permanency Roundtables for older youth (frequency, staffing, outcomes)
  • Rapid housing or host-home pilots; coordination with McKinney–Vento liaisons
  • Aftercare case management and data handoffs to track stability

Methods

Rates are normalized to the 12–17 population. Small counts are pooled over 2–3 years and annotated. Where reporting definitions change, breaks in series are noted. Housing stability is proxied with education liaison flags and service contacts when direct housing data are limited.
