Referral Pathway
Juvenile court/probation identifies eligible youth → MST intake & caregiver engagement → treatment plan with frequent in-home sessions → coordination with school and community supports.
Eligibility
- Adjudicated or high risk for commitment; serious/chronic behavior
- Caregiver participation feasible; clinician safety criteria met
- Screened by risk/needs tool; mental health triage for co-occurring needs
Process Notes
- 24/7 therapist availability; low caseload; fidelity monitoring
- Strong coordination with probation and school re-engagement
- Step-down planning and short aftercare check-ins
Outcome Metrics (Stub)
- Initiation, completion, and caregiver engagement
- Complaint/violation recurrence at 90/180/365 days
- Attendance/credit recovery; MH/SUD service completion when referred
