Referral Pathway
Intake/juvenile court or probation refers eligible youth → ABF intake within 7–10 days → service plan and brief case management with skill-building sessions.
Eligibility
- No prior adjudications; nonviolent offense
- Tool-guided risk/needs screen (documented at intake)
- Family/guardian consent and participation when applicable
Process Notes
- Coordination with school re-engagement staff and MH providers as needed
- Completion documented with attendance and skill milestones
- Short follow-up check (e.g., 60–90 days) where feasible
Outcome Tracking (Stub)
- Initiation (enrolled), completion (finished), improvement (attendance/behavior)
- Short-term outcomes at 90–180 days (complaint recurrence, school persistence)
